Recipe: Chicken Chop (It's very simple!)

I've wrote an entry for Black Pepper Sauce recipe before; it goes way back to 2015 😱. But i've never shared with you guys on how to marinate/prep chicken chop. Being kinda lazy and not so talented in cooking, I'd like to share this simple way on how to prep chicken chop; which of course thought by my mother. 😆



What you need
- Giant Black Pepper Sauce (it is cheap and very thick; and of course delicious!)
- Chili Sauce (any brand also works, i use Jalen)
- Sweet Soy Sauce (any brand also works, i use Jalen)
- Boneless chicken (of course, otherwise, why are we here? 😂)

How to marinate?
- First, after you wash the chicken, put it inside a food container.
- Pour the black pepper sauce, chili sauce and soy sauce into the same food container. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your liking; the ratio that i use for black pepper, chili and soy sauce is 3:2:1.
- Mix it (both sauce and chicken) together; it's normal to have the water after a while, don't throw it away, keep it inside the food container.
- Store it in normal chiller for at least 1 day.
- And now you can cook the chicken with your own preference; if you like, you can grill, slow cook, steam or fried it.
- Hurray! It's done. Easy right? 😎
